Handpicked in the first flush of spring in Uji, this superb matcha blend unites the mellow aroma of Asahi with the bold flavor and vibrant green of Samidori. Carefully crafted by a 6th-generation tea master, it captures the finest balance of depth and richness. It is suitable for koicha and usucha.

Brewing Ritual:

1. Sift 1 tsp matcha.
   

2. Add 60ml water (80°C).
