Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days from our warehouse. During periods of high order volume, processing times may extend by an additional 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Rates & Duties
Shipping costs for U.S. orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kokocha.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@kokocha.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
