
The Koko Cha Matcha Latte

You'll need:
- 1.5 tsp Koko Cha ceremonial matcha
- 2 oz hot water (175°F)
- 6 oz oat milk or whole milk, steamed or frothed
- Optional: ½ tsp raw honey or a touch of vanilla
Method:
- Whisk matcha with hot water until fully dissolved and frothy.
- Steam or froth your milk of choice to a silky microfoam.
- Pour milk slowly over the matcha base.
- Sweeten only if needed — quality matcha is naturally sweet and umami-forward.
